What is your MOQ for custom wellness devices?
Standard color orders start at 300 units per model. Custom Pantone color or logo imprint starts at 500 units, and custom gift set packaging starts at 200 sets. Dieline design, 3D mockups and color matching are included free of charge.
How long does sampling and mass production take?
Sampling takes 3–5 days per round. Bulk production takes 25–35 days after the sample is approved and the deposit is received. Expedited schedules can be negotiated for launch deadlines.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Repeat buyers can apply for a credit line after the first two completed orders.
