Standard color orders start at 300 units per model. Custom Pantone color or logo imprint starts at 500 units, and custom gift set packaging starts at 200 sets. Dieline design, 3D mockups and color matching are included free of charge.
How long does sampling and mass production take?
Sampling takes 3–5 days per round. Bulk production takes 25–35 days after the sample is approved and the deposit is received. Expedited schedules can be negotiated for launch deadlines.
What are your payment terms?
30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Repeat buyers can apply for a credit line after the first two completed orders.
Which certifications do your products carry?
CE (EMC & LVD), RoHS, FDA material compliance to 21 CFR 177.2600, REACH, UN38.3, IEC 62133 and MSDS. Every production batch also passes in-house IPX waterproof and dielectric testing.
Can you sign an NDA before I share my design?
Yes. Buyer identity and project details are protected under NDA as standard practice — we send our template before any technical exchange, or countersign yours within one working day.
Do you offer app-controlled and white-label app products?
Yes. Selected models support WeChat mini-program white-labeling and BLE firmware customization, including your logo, color scheme and control logic, all developed under NDA.
What packaging options are available?
Four formats: standard retail box (from 300 units), drawer box (from 500), magnetic closure box (from 300) and custom gift set box (from 200 sets). Dielines, 3D renderings and Pantone matching are free.
How do you ship, and who handles import compliance?
We ship EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP from Shenzhen/Yantian. Lithium batteries travel under UN38.3 documentation. Import clearance, local certification and market compliance in the destination country remain the buyer's responsibility.
How to custom sex toys from China without visiting the factory?
The process is remote by design: brief, quotation within 2 working days, 3–5 day samples with video review, then mass production with progress photos and QC videos at every milestone until shipment.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM for adult products?
OEM means we manufacture your existing design or reference sample to spec, usually from 300–500 units. ODM means we design and engineer a new product from your concept, typically 500–1,000 units and 45–90 days including development.
Can I get samples before committing to a bulk order?
Yes. Sample cost and courier fee are quoted per model and credited back against your first bulk order of 1,000 units or more.
