Who We Are
Uliann ("we", "us") is a sex toys manufacturer located at Zhangmutou Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. For any privacy matter contact Lucas@uliann.com (attention: data protection).
What Data We Collect
Inquiry form data you submit: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, country and message. Technical data: anonymized analytics (Google Analytics 4), security logs from our hosting providers, and cookie consent records.
Legal Basis
We process inquiry data to answer your request and prepare quotations (performance of pre-contractual steps, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to keep basic site security (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
How We Use Data
To reply to inquiries, prepare samples and quotes, fulfil orders, and — only with your opt-in — send occasional sourcing updates. We do not sell your data and we do not collect sensitive personal data.
Data Retention
Inquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. Order and invoice records are kept as long as trade and tax law requires.
Third Parties (Processors)
Supabase (database and authentication, EU/US regions), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and WAF, global), Google Analytics 4 (anonymized traffic analytics). Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
International Transfers
Your inquiry data is stored on Supabase infrastructure and may be processed outside your region. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. Under CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure of collected categories and opt out of "sales" — we do not sell personal information. Email Lucas@uliann.com to exercise any right.
Children
This B2B website is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/HSTS). Inquiry data is stored with row-level access controls; only authenticated staff accounts can read it.
