Shipping & Compliance
Trade Terms
We quote and ship EXW, FOB (Shenzhen/Yantian), CIF and DDP. Incoterms 2020 apply and are stated on every PI.
Lead Times
Sampling 3–5 days per round. Bulk production 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Repeat orders skip sampling.
Lithium Battery Transport
All battery products ship under UN38.3 test summary and IEC 62133 documentation. Air freight uses Section II / Section IA packing as applicable; sea freight is recommended for large quantities.
Export Compliance
Products are classified as adult novelty devices. Export documentation, commercial invoice and packing list are issued by Uliann; destination-country import licences, VAT/GST and local certification (e.g. FCC, CE-RED, 技適) are the buyer's responsibility.
Discreet Packaging
Neutral export cartons with no brand or product references are standard. Brand packaging is applied only at retail-box level inside the carton.
Payment
30% deposit on PI signature, 70% before shipment, by T/T. Credit terms for repeat buyers are subject to a signed credit agreement.
